Garage Floor Nation- Terms and Conditions 
1. Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the installation. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on our floor tiles. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. 3. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your installation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If cancel within 48 of your scheduled installation, a cancellation fee of $250 may apply. 4. Liability: We are not responsible for damage to your property that occurs during the installation process. However, we will take all necessary precautions to prevent damage.

At Garage Floor Nation, we value and respect your privacy. This privacy policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect it.

 

Information Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address when you request a quote, schedule an installation, or sign up for our newsletter.

 

Information Usage: Your personal information is used to process your requests, provide you with the services you have requested, and communicate with you about your installation or other company updates. We may also use your information for internal purposes, such as improving our services and marketing efforts.

 

Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes. However, we may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business and providing our services to you. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

 

Information Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Information Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Garage Floor Nation Product and Installation Warranty
Garage Floor Nation warrants that our garage floor tiles are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers the replacement of any defective tiles, but does not include labor costs associated with the removal or installation of the replacement tiles.

 

Installation Warranty: In addition to the material warranty, we also provide a 6-month installation warranty. This warranty covers any issues related to the installation of the tiles, such as improper adhesion or uneven surfaces. If you experience any installation-related problems within 6 months of the installation date, we will repair or replace the affected tiles at no additional cost to you.

 

Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, or exposure to extreme conditions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

 

Please note that this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Deposit Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your garage floor tile installation project, we will refund your deposit minus a $250 administrative fee, provided that you give us notice at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled installation date.

 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the installation may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. To cancel your installation and request a refund of your deposit, please contact our customer service team via phone 303-246-0400 within the specified timeframe.

 

Please note that this policy applies only to the refund of deposits and does not affect any other terms or conditions of our service agreement.

Fulfillment and Satisfaction Policy

We will contact you approximately one week before your scheduled garage floor tile installation to confirm the appointment and discuss any necessary preparations.

 

Prior to the installation, please ensure that your garage is completely empty, including refrigerators, freezers, toolboxes, workbenches, vehicles, boxes, and floor storage cabinets. If you require assistance with removing these items, we can provide a separate quote for this service.

 

If, on the day of the installation, your garage has not been emptied as requested, we reserve the right to reschedule your installation. In such cases, a $250 administrative fee may be charged to cover the cost of the rescheduling and any associated expenses.

 

Please note that this policy is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process, and to avoid any potential damage to your belongings or delays in completing the project. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

At Garage Floor Nation, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and professional installation services. We stand behind our garage floor tile system and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment.

 

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the product or the professional installation of your new Garage Floor Nation tile system, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the installation date. We will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have and, if necessary, take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

 

Our goal is to ensure that you are thrilled with your new garage floor and the exceptional service we provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you are happy with your Garage Floor Nation experience.
